Michael Dell Isola
From the start of his career, Michael has used his communication skills, leadership experience and passion for helping others to strategically align businesses with core values, and facilitate successful partnerships in the construction industry. Michael spent most of his construction career with Bond Brothers, a regional Boston-based firm that specializes in Civil and Utility Construction.
Michael’s interest in construction derived from his admiration of his father, Gill, who spent over 60 years managing prominent commercial and academic projects in the Boston area. Following a long family tradition, Michael’s role ascended from Superintendent to Project Manager to Estimator, and ultimately a position as Manager of Business Development.
In 2014, Michael and former colleagues formed United Civil. With a wealth of knowledge and extensive experience working with Energy, Utility and Institutional clients, Michael’s career surrounding relationship-building has bridged trusting partnerships between United Civil and large, sought-after clients.
Michael is a father of five and lives in Melrose, MA with his wife Michelle. He devotes his personal time to his family, enjoying quality food and drink, good music, and eclectic findings.
Michael is on the Board of Directors at Housing Families, an organization that aims to end homelessness in the Greater Boston area; and supports organizations including Boston Children’s Hospital, American Red Cross, Catholic Charities, Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, Boston Museum of Science, Museum of Fine Arts, and the Innercity Scholarship Fund.
